Shared registers
Common registers of events and matters keep admin simple and consistent. Overdue
items turn red. Draft events are un-numbered, in italic and only visible to the
drafting party. Once communicated the event/matter is automatically numbered

Use the Risk Reduction / Proposed Solutions tracker to actively manage and record
your risks
Upload files
Attach photos, drawings, PDFs or whatever else you like. All are uploaded to our
secure web server for instant access by other authorised users
SSL secure login
Login to CEMAR through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), just the same as an internet
banking site. No downloads required!

General Communications
General Communications allow you to send a memo style communication from the create
new button. Now all project correspondence can be kept under one system with existing
audit, access, associating and archiving benefits of the CEMAR approach
PDF communication hard copies
A uniquely numbered PDF hardcopy is produced for every communication. These are
referenced back to the audit log and filed by type in the Communications Archive
(available from main menu bar)
Associate events
Drag and drop events and matters onto one another to create associations. Some associations
are automatically created for you e.g. when notifying a Defect from a Test and Inspection
result
Contract Data
Prime CEMAR with your contract data, together with your party letter heads and project
logos to achieve professional, branded communications and reports. Include Z-clauses
additional compensation event types, vary communication timescales and set individual
user permission

Dozens of useful reports driven by real-time data make keeping track of your project

Instant charts
Produce instant charts from real-time data with the click of a button. Charts can
be exported to other programs such as Microsoft Excel
